International Women’s Day – Break The Bias
Angela Arnold, Partner and Head of Residential Property, and the team were proud to celebrate International Women’s Day. To end our week of celebrations, here are some quotes and a fantastic collage from our Residential Property team:
“Breaking the bias is a journey that is ongoing and my own efforts are embedded in community and leading by example to inspire others to keep pushing and remaining authentic. My work with Sussex Cricket and Brighton University promote these goals, and keeps the conversations on the table addressing issues that have been ignored for far too long.
I continue to break the bias, and instil these values in my team and wider community… IWD impacts every day!” Angela Arnold, Head of Residential Property
“Build bridges, don’t break them” Antonia Wright, Post Completions Legal Assistant
“Don’t be afraid to speak up for yourself, keep fighting for your dreams! Why stop?” Emma Walker-D’Cruze, Solicitor
“There is no limit to what we, as women, can accomplish” – Michelle Obama. Paula Williams, Solicitor
“There is no tool for development more effective than the empowerment of women.” Rebecca Taplin, Conveyancing Assistant
Celebrate women’s achievement. Raise awareness against bias. Take action for equality.
Imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes and discrimination. A world that’s diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge women’s equality. Collectively we can all Break The Bias.
