Our residential property solicitors focus on delivering the very best client experience. 97% of our clients would recommend Rix & Kay to their friends and family. Take a look at our residential property client service promise.
Working with estate agents
Unlike most law firms and high volume conveyancing call centres, we do not pay referral fees when working with estate agents. You should always ask your estate agent if they operate a referral fee scheme for any law firms they recommend to you.
Instead, we choose to build strategic partnerships with estate agents that share our own client service values. This ensures we are working collaboratively with like-minded estate agents that, together, proactively manage property transactions to ensure they complete as quickly and as stress-free as possible.
Rix & Kay is Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accredited.
The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. Membership establishes a level of credibility for firms with stakeholders such as regulators, lenders and insurers as well as residential homebuyers and sellers.
The very first sentence in your welcome letter speaks for itself. The words “making law easy” for your clients is exactly why I chose Rix & Kay in the first instance. Everything was explained and there was no pressure as I was able to ring up and ask about anything that was bothering me. So thank you, Rix & Kay for dealing with everything.
The moment where we were introduced to Angela, we knew we were in good hands. The whole team including Charles, Jordan and Bishoy always kept us up to date and was very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. Excellent service and we are very happy and delighted with the service and would definitely recommend Rix & Kay to our friends and family members. Looking forward to be working with them again in upcoming future projects.
