Completion of a land transaction following boundary dispute
Angela worked with a landowner on the sale of land where there was a dispute over boundaries between the adjoining estate. Angela led negotiations, keeping the client informed at all times, to enable a transfer of boundary ownership and the subsequent smooth completion of the sale.
Completion of house sale for a divorced couple
Angela advised a client on the sale of a property following divorce. Not only did her professional expertise ensure the sale was completed in good time under the conditions of divorce and subsequent tax implications, but her collaborative approach meant the client was fully supported during a time that was both sensitive and stressful.

Google Review, Sue Rickets, July 2020
Very friendly but also very professional. Angela really understood our needs and why we were taking Equity Release. We felt really relaxed in Angela’s company and able to ask anything we wanted to. We were generally very happy and confident that our affairs were in safe hands – thank you.
