We have a passion for talking with our clients about the way we work together. It helps us enhance the client experience and this value is at the centre of our business. We have been doing this proactively for more than ten years and it has allowed our firm to grow steadily over the last decade. We now employ more than 110 staff including 15 Partners and a team of support staff and client care professionals.

We recently won two national Awards. The LawNet Award and the Law Society Excellence Award that recognises exceptional people, teams and organisations in the legal profession.

We work in partnership with business owners, entrepreneurs and their families from our offices in Brighton & Hove, Uckfield, Seaford, Sevenoaks, and Ashford. Like all law firms, our clients are central to our success and are highly valued. But we recognise that they are far more than just that. We have been actively investing in our clients for more than ten years by engaging with them to understand their needs and how we can work better together.

We have committed to this investment because we believe our clients are our best advocates and the best measure of our own success. They allow us to continuously improve our client experience. Every day, for every client on every legal matter.

Today, we seek feedback from clients through a variety of ways from independent client listening and face-to-face interviews, to easily accessible online questionnaires and forums.

We are one of only a few law firm’s in the UK who employ a dedicated team of client care professionals. Our Client Care Team are non-lawyers and provide a sounding-board for our client’s to give honest and open feedback on our performance.

We know that our people define our business so they need to be more than just great lawyers. We help them do this by providing a range of tools that supports personal development. We encourage our people to contribute to the firm’s success by embracing their ideas, celebrating different ways of working and by not being afraid to do things differently. Our goal is to support the communities in which we work

Our communities are where we do business and it’s where most of our clients and our people come from. So as you can imagine, it’s something that we are very passionate about.

We work in partnership with our communities across Sussex and Kent and we take seriously our responsibility to engage with and support a range of charities, trusts and initiatives that directly help those in the places we work.

Our engagement focuses on raising the profile of important community work and projects; helping them to grow and benefit from our commercial know-how; and opening up opportunities for people in our communities to gain valuable life and business experience.

We also engage in wide range of fund raising activities and encourage our people to support our community engagement programmes through direct volunteering.
