We provide an initial fixed fee consultation for up to one hour. During this dedicated session, our experienced solicitors will provide professional guidance and support, tailored to your specific circumstances. By offering a fixed fee of £150 plus VAT for this comprehensive one hour consultation, we aim to deliver transparency and affordability while ensuring that you receive the highest quality of service.

Where possible we will assist you to resolve your matter without the need to resort to Court, and will also explore with you the various options you have for resolving the issues which have arisen which include Mediation, Collaborative Law and Arbitration. Should you wish to use Mediation or Collaborative Law, members of our team are qualified to provide these services.
Sometimes there is no alternative but to settle a dispute using the Court process. Where this is required, our team is skilled in managing family disputes through the Court.
