Home / Wills, Estate Planning & Trusts / Trust Tax and Estate Administration Tax Compliance

We regularly deal with all areas of tax returns

When administering a Trust or an Estate, an important aspect alongside advice on the legal requirements involved, is the consideration of tax compliance including Inheritance Tax returns, Income Tax returns and dealing with Capital Gains Tax.

Our Tax and Trusts team deal with these aspects and regularly link in with other professional advisers such as accountants to ensure that Trust and Estates do not fall foul of the rules.

What makes the team different is that we have a specialist administrative team and an account assistant who assists our specialist lawyers with tax compliance aspects.

We can either therefore help with tax returns or link in with existing accountants or otherwise introduce you to an accountant that can help.
