Sinéad works with a variety of clients; from first-time buyers looking for a home, to developers looking extending their property portfolios, to landlords who have properties subject to tenancies, Sinéad has experience working with clients across the length and breadth of the residential property spectrum.
Experience and Approach
With specialised experience in all aspects of freehold and leasehold Residential Property for over ten years, you’ll be in safe hands with Sinéad. Known for her attention to detail, she has excellent technical property and land law knowledge. However, she shines at turning this complex knowledge into clear, concise and easy-to-understand plain English for her clients.
With experience with first-time buyers, clients looking to up-size or down-size, developer clients looking to develop and extend their property portfolios, lender clients and bankruptcy receivers looking for property sales to further repossession, landlord clients whose property transactions are subject to tenancies, Sinéad ensures no matter who her client is, she remains focused on achieving her clients’ goals by taking a proactive approach to ensure all matters are handled efficiently and to the highest quality.
