Trainee Solicitor

Shehla is a Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial team, assisting the Corporate team on transactions from instruction to completion.

Shehla’s clients

Shehla works with company directors and shareholders in dealing with all aspects of business advice from commercial agreements to sales and purchases of both companies and businesses.

Experience and approach

Shehla has particular experience dealing with the due diligence process during corporate transactions, drafting ancillary documents for sales and purchases including board minutes and resolutions. She also has experience with post-completion matters including Companies House filings.

Shehla has completed a seat in our Commercial Property & Planning team, assisting on all areas of landlord and tenant law, commercial property development, planning and commercial property secured lending. She has experience on property transactions ranging from instruction to completion and in particular has expertise dealing with new leases, assignments and licences. She also assists landowners who are considering development opportunities.
