Experience and approach

Sally qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and has been assisting clients to resolve their business disputes since then, both in the UK and internationally. Her career includes working in the dispute resolution department of one of Bangkok’s largest independent law firms.

Sally is friendly and approachable and is committed to resolving disputes pragmatically and diligently.  She is commercially astute and has a common sense approach that takes account of the bigger picture and the commercial viability of the potential action.  Sally has a proven track record of achieving settlements without the need for formal legal action.   • Commercial Property Disputes – Managing business tenancy issues such as lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, breaches of repairing covenants, and landlord-tenant disputes for commercial landlords of residential property.
