Natalie is an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor primarily based in our Sevenoaks office. Natalie previously worked predominantly in the West Midlands having worked for both national and high street law firms, before relocating to Kent and joining us here at the Sevenoaks & Ashford offices of Rix & Kay.
Natalie advises and assists clients on a wide range of landlord and tenant law including new leases, lease renewals, deeds of surrender, licence to assign, rent deposit deeds and security of tenure under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

As Natalie acts for both Landlord and Tenant clients, she is able to advise effectively to reduce risk and protect the position of either side dependent upon whom she is acting for.
