Lynn Marlow
– HR Adviser –
Lynn joined the Employment Department at Rix & Kay in 2007 and has been involved with GatekeeperHR since its inception. She is a qualified Employment Paralegal, graduating in 2018.
Lynn’s role is diverse. Where the administrative side of GatekeeperHR is concerned, Lynn is in contact with clients from the outset, issuing all the required administrative paperwork (and dealing with the Firm’s anti-money laundering obligations) and obtaining quotes for any add-on services (such as Employment Protection Insurance) that a client may require. Lynn also deals with the financial side of the retainer.
In terms of legal practice, Lynn provides advice to clients on all aspects of the employment cycle, including disciplinary and grievance matters, employee relations, family leave, performance management, absence management, redundancy and termination. Lynn undertakes compliances audits with new clients, following which she reviews and updates their existing employment documentation to ensure that it complies with UK legislation and best practice. In addition Lynn prepares new employment documentation for clients where none is currently in place.
Lynn also administers the Firm’s Registered Office retainer service. This separate retainer enables businesses to use the Firm as their Registered Office and to hold their statutory registers. An annual fee is rendered for the service.

The letters were duly sent & I could not change items on the letters, again Lynn was on hand to help. We feel Lynn needs extra praise as nothing is to much trouble for her & a lovely calming voice, Lynn is credit to your team and Rix & Kay. We would be very grateful if you could please tell Lynn how very grateful we are.”
