Leanne Burcher
– Commercial Property Assistant –
Leanne is a key member of Rix & Kay’s Commercial Property team in Hadlow, providing support to the team and their clients. In particular she works closely with Richard Cripps and the other Partners, providing first line support for clients, ensuring they remain fully briefed on the progress of their matters and projects. In addition, Leanne also supports residential property transactions
In her role as Post Completion Manager, Leanne is responsible for overseeing the post completion team in dealing with required registrations at the Land Registry and all associated work to finalise the clients matter including direct communication with the client and other parties where appropriate and providing training and mentoring to junior members of the team.
With more that 32 years experience in the legal sector, Leanne understands the many pressure points that clients often experience when managing property transactions. From single site purchases and sales to more complex development projects, Leanne acts as an additional key point of contact for clients who demand a highly responsive service.
