Leah joined our Wills, Estate Planning and Trusts team in 2023 and assists the team with a wide range of Private Client matters. She drafts wills and lasting powers of attorney, ensuring that clients understand the documents by explaining in plain English.

Leah provides assistance to the Wills, Estate Planning and Trusts team through the drafting of wills and lasting powers of attorney. She helps clients understand the documents, acting as a point of contact, answering any queries, and explaining the provisions in plain English.
Having also recently joined the Probate team, Leah approaches each matter with empathy and support, guiding bereaved families through the process of probate and estate administration.
Experience and Approach
She began her legal career over 5 years ago, working in Wills and Estate Planning. She moved to Rix & Kay to use her experience of drafting wills and administering estates to better help clients understand the wishes in the wills.
She approaches all matters with empathy, using her experience and expertise to simplify what can often feel like an overwhelming process.
