Lauran’s work

Children matter

Lauran represented a mother in a complex private law children’s case involving significant welfare and safeguarding concerns regarding the father, who was unrepresented. The case included serious abuse allegations, leading to a Fact-Finding Hearing. Multiple agencies, including the police, social services, and CAFCASS, were involved in investigations.
