Laura works with a range of clients, including developers, buy-to-let landlords and first time buyers. She works with all house buyers and sellers from reservation through to completion.

Laura previously worked for national house builders as well as bespoke developers, which has provided her with specialist insight and knowledge which she can share with her clients to help them stay fully informed.

A developer needing a solicitor who could act in a Help to Buy purchase and handle the equity loan funds. Laura dealt with the relevant undertakings for the Homes and Communications Agency.

Elderly individual selling unregistered property
A client selling her aunt’s house under a Power of Attorney discovered that the property was unregistered. Laura handled the first registration as well as the application to register a section of the garden under adverse possession.
