Kirsty is a Paralegal in Rix & Kay’s Commercial Property team based in Brighton & Hove. She works closely with the team’s Partners, including Stewart Gregory and William Keating in their work, which encompasses the healthcare sector, contentious and non-contentious planning law as well as a strong general commercial property practice.
Kirsty works with clients who need support in managing commercial property interests, ranging from private investors and developers to businesses that are looking to secure commercial premises. She also works closely with GPs who need support in managing primary healthcare centres.
Experience and approach
Kirsty has a broad range of property experience, in both commercial and residential property, working for both buyers and sellers as well as landlords and tenants. She has previously specialised in Leasehold Enfranchisement and Family Law. Her experience in both these areas has helped develop her focus on delivering the best possible client service and outcome.
Kirsty graduated from Bournemouth University in 2014 with a Law Degree and is currently studying part-time towards her LPC.
