Kerry is a CIPD qualified HR Advisor who has worked in diverse industries throughout her career, including the Armed Forces.

Kerry has joined the Employment team to assist with the support provided to Gatekeeper clients, which includes drafting and implementing new policies and procedures and advising on employment issues. Kerry plans to complete her full CIPD Diploma to achieve Associate CIPD status.

Kerry’s work

Implementation of HR procedures
Kerry assisted a company with its HR procedures, including implementing processes for performance, absence, probation and appraisal reviews. Providing support from the outset, it was proven successful within the company.

Review/Creation of policies
Kerry supported a company by reviewing all policies annually and updating them in line with legislative changes. Thereafter, Kerry took on the responsibility of creating new policies relating to Health and Safety at Work and Personal Protective Equipment, as a result of which the company successfully passed its audits.
