Kandice Arriola
– Chartered Legal Executive –
Kandice joined Rix & Kay LLP in May 2023 and is a Chartered Legal Executive (Fellow) in the Commercial Property department based in the firm’s Hove office.
Kandice graduated from University of Portsmouth with a degree in Law with European Studies in 2015 where she also attained a CILEX Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice.
Kandice has since worked in the property sector and completed her specialised commercial property training in a regional firm in Surrey before qualifying in May 2023. Now, with over 5 years of experience in commercial property, she is well equipped to navigate and facilitate commercial property transactions
Kandice’s Clients
Kandice works with a range of clients from small business owners to developers, dental practices to trustees, individuals to national businesses, all requiring support and assistance across the commercial property law spectrum.

Kandice’s Work
Notably, Kandice took the lead in the successful sale of a commercial property (which was subject to a commercial lease and a residential lease) located in the renowned Portobello Road valued at almost £3 million.
Additionally, she assisted in securing a new lease for a global digital marketing agency at The Shard.
Kandice Arriola was great – friendly and professional throughout. The other staff I met at the Uckfield office were similarly extremely helpful, friendly and easy to work with.
