Jenny Reardon is a Head of our GatekeeperHR team. She’s a Chartered Member of CIPD with over 30 years of HR experience in both the public and private sectors. With experience including manufacturing and legal services, Jenny held the role of HR Manager at Rix & Kay for over 12 years.

Jenny provides a full HR service to a diverse range of clients including professional services, charities, hospitality, leisure, food and drink and manufacturing. She provides advice and support on all aspects of the employment cycle including recruitment & induction, disciplinary & grievance, employee relations, performance management, absence management, redundancy and termination.

Successfully performance managed an employee out of the business through tailored advice, ensuring employment legalisation and best practice was adhered to and providing appropriate documentation.
Delivered a training session for a London based hospitality client introducing first line managers to the performance management and absence management processes and disciplinary and grievance procedures.
