Helen’s work
Helen helped prepare mirror Wills for a married couple who both had children from a previous relationship. Helen was able to draft the Wills in the most efficient way to ensure the surviving spouse could receive a benefit from the estate whilst also protecting the assets for their children in the future. What’s more, the Wills helped safeguard the assets in trust from residential care home fees for the surviving spouse if required in the future.
Completed a Will through Helen. Had an excellent service and was very thorough from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I was very satisfied with the service. Thank you Helen for reading my Will out to me as this helped me understand it better.
