Hannah has over 6 years experience in working with private clients on legal matters ranging from assisting Court of Protection clients, dealing with estates for bereaved families to helping with instructions to draw up Wills. Hannah made the decision in 2018 to specialise in probate and estate administration. Hannah qualified as a Paralegal in January 2022.
Hannah’s clients are often family members or bereaved spouses with the responsibility to deal with the administration of the estate of a loved one. Hannah also works with Professional Executors.
Experience and approach
Hannah is the named first point of contact for our probate clients across all of our offices in Sussex and Kent. She works alongside Sharon McCollum, Probate Manager, and has a number of experienced solicitors at hand to provide advice on complex issues including the Head of Private Client services, Bruce Clarke.
Past experience in preparing Wills means she is well placed in deciding the most efficient way to handle an estate’s administration and Hannah is skilled in dealing with the affairs of the elderly with empathy and understanding. Hannah chose to specialise in probate because she finds helping clients at a time of need so professionally rewarding. Hannah has her paralegal qualification from Central Law Training in Wills, Probate & Administration.
