– Conveyancing Assistant –
As a conveyancing assistant, Hannah Morris works within the Residential Property Services team. She acts as a first point of contact, liaising with clients in order to issue engagement documents and protocol forms.
Hannah’s Clients
Hannah works closely with clients who are buying or selling property, serving as their initial point of contact. She knows that conveyancing can be stressful, so Hannah brings a warm and approachable demeanour to her work, striving to alleviate the stress that often accompanies buying or selling a property. Hannah is dedicated to keeping clients informed at every stage of the process and provides ongoing support from the first steps through to the completion of the transaction.
Experience and Approach
With a Level 3 CILEx Certificate in Law & Practice and a decade of experience in conveyancing before joining Rix & Kay, she has developed a deep understanding of the legal process. Her expertise, paired with her supportive and understanding nature, equips her to guide clients through their property transactions with a friendly, calm, and empathetic approach.
