As a chartered member of the CIPD with extensive Human Resources (HR) experience, including a previous position as HR Manager for Rix & Kay Solicitors LLP, I provide our clients with advice and assistance on HR policy and procedure implementation and the application of employment legislation. This includes providing comprehensive advice on the creation and updating of company handbooks and contracts of employment and dealing with queries relating absence management, discipline and grievance, performance management, maternity and family leave, recruitment and termination of employment. I also contribute to the continuous improvement of our clients’ HR systems and practices by reviewing and designing bespoke HR/employment documentation in line with HR best practice and supporting clients in the implementation process.
