Faye Iqbal
– Trainee Solicitor –
Faye is a Trainee Solicitor at Rix & Kay in her second seat, currently working in our Commercial Property team, where she assists our solicitors with various commercial property matters. Her first seat was in our Corporate team where she dealt with matters such as share purchase agreements, legal due diligence and company acquisitions.
Faye attended an international school in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where she learned and developed a strong interest in global commerce.

In her first seat Faye specialised in supporting small- to medium-sized organisations, guiding them from business setup through to addressing ongoing commercial needs. She has experience working with a diverse range of clients, from individuals to businesses, helping them navigate complex commercial challenges.

Faye’s work
In her first seat, Faye collaborated with the wider Corporate team during the final stages of a significant company transition, facilitating the addition of a parent company through a share purchase agreement. She also worked closely with Kathryn Paisley and Jordan Ismail, conducting comprehensive legal due diligence for a large corporate client. Faye’s ability to navigate complex transactions and coordinate across teams highlights her versatility and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
