Emma’s work
Sale and purchase
Emma recently ensured a successful sale and purchase for one of her existing clients. The property purchase consisted of careful consideration to Building Regulations and what constitutes planning permission. With common sense, clear communication and expertise, the sale and purchase completed successfully once all conditions of the Building Regulations and Planning Permission were evidenced.
Shared ownership
Emma ensured the client and mortgage lender were completely satisfied with pre-emption provisions, and what happens once and if an owner owns 100% of the property rather than a percentage, during a recent shared ownership purchase.
Thank-you so much, as ever, for all your hard work, dedication and patience in getting the transaction successfully completed.
Each time you have acted for me I have felt extremely confident that everything will be done in an efficient and professional manner and I greatly appreciate your efforts.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with you once again and I hope that we will have the opportunity to do so again in the not too distant future.
