Edmund Barnes


Edmund is a member of the firm’s Commercial Property Team in Sevenoaks and has experience in dealing with a wide range of commercial property. He works closely with David Ashton and Oliver Bussell and provides dedicated support to clients who need guidance on landlord and tenant issues and advice on secured lending arrangements. He also works closely with the firm’s Corporate Team providing dedicated commercial property support on large merger & acquisition projects.

Edmund works for landlords and tenants of commercial property who are looking to secure or negotiate lease terms. Types of property range from industrial and business park units to high street retail. He also works with national banks and lenders who provide property finance and borrowers who are looking to develop, re-mortgage or purchase property.
