David’s work

End-to-end solutions for land development project
David worked in partnership with a major landowner who was looking to take options on residential development and site assembly. David guided the client through the process from project financing, securing and exercising the option to develop, site access, planning and development, right through to managing the final sales of multiple residential units.

Conditional land sale
David advised a client who owned a significant land holding on the sale subject to planning permission. David’s advice allowed the client to complete his transaction within a given deadline that was critical to delivering certain financial outcomes.
