Daniel Halls
– Solicitor –
Daniel is a Solicitor in Rix & Kay’s Corporate & Commercial Team and has experience in all areas of company law. Daniel has worked with businesses of all sizes including sole traders, partnerships and small and medium enterprises (SMEs). He completed his LLB law degree at the University of Kent, Canterbury, and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course and an MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law, Guildford.
Experience and approach
In addition to his own matters, Daniel works closely with the senior members of the team to deliver excellent service, notably assisting on employee ownership trusts (EOTs) and the buying and selling of businesses, both large and small. Daniel prides himself on giving straightforward, commercially mindful advice and making law simple.
Daniel is also experienced in the healthcare sector and has been involved in the sale and purchase of several care homes across Sussex.
Outside of work, Daniel is a keen rugby player for Hellingly RFC and has also represented Sussex RFC.
