Charles’ Clients
Charles works with all clients looking to buy or sell their properties. Experience and Approach
With prior experience as an Estate Agent and a Conveyancing Paralegal, before joining Rix & Kay Solicitors as a Conveyancing Assistant, Charles has seen property sales and purchases from start to finish, with expertise and insight into the life cycle of a property transaction (and the pressure and stress that comes with it).
He takes an empathetic, but proactive, approach; Charles takes initiative with all client matters, ensuring clients are kept up-to-date throughout their transaction.
Areas of Expertise
- Residential property sales and purchases for freehold and leasehold properties
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Probate and Lasting Power of Attorney sales
I would happily recommend Rix & Kay for anyone selling a property. Sinead and Charles were very professional, friendly, and answered my questions quickly and clearly. They made selling my tricky UK leasehold flat from abroad much less stressful. Thank you!
