Amy’s Work
Estate Management
Amy successfully oversaw the administration of an estate over £2 million, which consisted of various rental properties and foreign assets. This also required implementing and administering the terms of a financial divorce settlement that had not been finalised during the deceased’s lifetime.
Court of Protection
Amy successfully oversaw the management of finances for vulnerable minors and adults, whereby professional deputies were appointed. Amy’s role was to ensure that the best interests of the vulnerable client were at the forefront of every decision made.
