Kathryn Paisley, Partner and Head of Corporate at Sussex and Kent based law firm, Rix & Kay, has been appointed to the Board of Eurojuris International.

Established for almost 30 years, Eurojuris International is a leading network of law firms with more than 600 independent law firm members. Together they provide companies, corporations, public authorities and private clients with expert legal advice and successful local representation worldwide: in Europe, the United States, Asia and beyond.

Kathryn joins a Board representing law firms across Europe. The appointment is for three years and she was put forward for the role as the representative of LawNet, the UK & Ireland member of Eurojuris International. Commenting on her appointment Kathryn said,

“I have been actively involved in Eurojuris International since I joined Rix & Kay in 2015. In that time, I have got to know a great many members from all parts of the network very well. It is an honour to join the Board of Eurojuris International and have the opportunity to contribute to the organisation’s continued success”.

As Head of Corporate at Rix & Kay, Kathryn provides specialist legal advice in corporate law with particular expertise in the sale and purchase of businesses and companies, as well as the establishment of partnerships and other joint ventures. She trained and worked for many years for two major City Law firms (CMS Cameron McKenna and RPC LLP) and is fluent in German. Kathryn is also a member of Rix & Kay’s Strategic Board.
