And, unlike many other providers, we don’t tie you into lengthy contracts that are difficult to exit. We simply charge a single fixed fee on a monthly basis, helping you to manage your costs and budget effectively.

How much does it cost?

No two businesses are the same, so we don’t promote a one-size-fits-all solution. Our approach is to discuss your requirements, so we can better understand your business. This allows us to help you consider a HR support package that best supports the needs of your business and works with your budget.

Typically, fees are calculated according to the number of employees in your business and the size of any existing HR function. As a guide, the cost of our standard GatekeeperHR offering, for a business with 20 or fewer staff, starts from £350 + VAT per month.

We can also provide options to include a dedicated In-House HR Service, based on-site at your offices.
