• Videos – Access to a range of dedicated training videos, produced by our GateKeeper Team, that provide short and hugely valuable resources designed to brief HR Teams on important legislative changes and developments.

Rix & Kay have created Gatekeeper to cover your employment needs. Our Gatekeeper clients benefit from a dedicated team of professionals that provide you with peace of mind when managing your employment related issues, all for a fixed monthly cost.

What is included

• Employment health check – We will visit your premises to familiarise ourselves with your company and to discuss with you the main features of the service
• Policies, procedures and contracts audit – We will update your contracts of employment and other employment documents and policies, or draft these documents for you if they are not currently in place and will provide updates as changes in legislation and good practice occur.
• Unlimited access to legal support – We will provide you with employment advice by email or telephone from 9.00 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, whether you are facing a sudden crisis, a long-term problem or would simply like a second opinion.
• Precedent documents – We will draft any letters that are required for a variety of issues such as redundancy, grievance, capability, disciplinary, maternity, flexible working or long-term sickness, as well as helping you through the processes.
• Bespoke training – We will attend your premises and give a free of charge half day seminar on a subject appropriate to your business, e.g. equal opportunities or grievance, volunteering, capability and disciplinary procedures.
• Regular training – You will be able to attend our regular morning workshops that are held through-out the year covering a range of key employment law topics
• Exclusive access to My GateKeeper Portal
