Office Administrator

We have an exciting new vacancy for an Office Administrator in our Uckfield office. This full time role requires efficiency and good time management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and high levels of organisation while producing large volumes of work accurately with positive and flexible approach to tasks.

Some of your daily duties will include sorting incoming and outgoing DX and post, providing reception cover on a rota basis, entering legal documents onto data base and carrying out audits on the documents.
Other duties include but not limited to: managing files on our electronic database, liaising with maintenance contractors as they visit the premises, banking procedures and petty cash, health & safety checks and stationery orders.

Ideally you will have previous office administration experience and excellent IT skills.
