Corporate Partner joins [W]sq’s latest podcast
Corporate Partner, Kathryn Paisley joins Dr Wayne Wright of [W]sq Solutions in the latest episode of his podcast, The Wright Way. Also joining as a guest was Andy Young of Andy Young Financial Planning.
The topic was life after exit and the conversation ranged widely around the theme of how best to protect oneself as a business owner in anticipation of exiting a business, even if that exit appears to be a long way off. They consider shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, cross option arrangements, pension planning and much much more.
