Rix & Kay announce raft of new joiners
Leading regional law firm Rix & Kay has announced a number of new hires as it continues to grow its business across the region and offer enhanced services to clients. The announcement confirms the hire of two new solicitors, three new trainee solicitors and five other legal professionals.
Georgina Henderson joined the firm as a solicitor at the start of 2024. Georgina joins Rix & Kay’s Commercial Property team and is based in the firm’s Brighton & Hove office. Georgina joins from regional firm Mayo Wynne Baxter.

Rix & Kay’s latest hires follow an exceptionally busy year for the firm that has seen no less than eight other professionals join the firm in the last six months.
In October the firm appointed three new trainee solicitors with Morgan Prior, Jordan Ismail and Jonathan Laws all commencing a two-year training contract.
Rix & Kay also boosted its Residential Property team with the recruitment of two new conveyancing professionals and paralegals. Bishoy Amin and Charles Hincks recently joined the firm. The firm’s Private Client team has also welcomed a new joiner: Michaela Packham as a probate executive.
Earlier in 2023, the firm announced the lateral hire of Family partner, Rebecca Jones, who joined Rix & Kay from Brachers, alongside other new hire Leah Norton who joined the firm’s Private Client team.
