Rix & Kay’s audit confirms highest levels of quality standards
Rix & Kay is pleased to announce that the firm has been re-awarded the ISO 9001 quality standards following its annual audit by the Centre for Assessment. The audit underlines the firm’s ability to consistently provide services that meet client and regulatory requirements. The audit also confirms Rix & Kay’s compliance with the LawNet Quality Standard and the Solicitors Regulation Authority Codes of Conduct.
ISO 9001 is the international standard for a quality management system and is used by organisations to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide services that meet customer and regulatory requirements and to demonstrate continuous improvement.
Rix & Kay’s completed audit highlighted numerous areas of good practice including the firm’s employee recognition scheme, Rix & Kudos, and active encouragement and meaningful support provided to colleagues wishing to progress their careers through professional qualifications. The firm’s Strategic Board were also praised for their assertive decision-making, leadership and commitment to client focus.
