Dan is a partner in the Rix & Kay dispute resolution team. He has over 20 years of experience advising companies and directors on all aspects of commercial and contractual claims.
John Harte
John is Managing Partner at Integrity Governance and a Fellow at the IoD. He leads a global team at Integrity Governance that provides practical, impartial advice to directors, business owners, executives and CEOs on all matters related effective governance and boards.
Kathryn Paisley
Kathryn is a partner and head of Rix & Kay’s corporate team. She is a specialist in corporate law with particular expertise in the sale and purchase of businesses and companies.
Richard Ludlow
Richard is a partner and specialist insolvency lawyer at Rix & Kay. Having previously worked in-house for the Insolvency Service, he is uniquely placed to advise directors on all aspects of insolvency and disqualification.
