Contract negotiation and re-negotiation do’s & don’ts – managing uncertainty
At the South East Construction Expo, Dan Sherlock will be hosting a round-table discussion where he will discuss how to negotiate a construction contract in an environment where keeping on time and on budget has become increasingly difficult. With the price of materials soaring, the just-in-time economy straining to work effectively and the labour market proving challenging to keep pace with demand, Dan will explore the importance of building into a deal, much needed flexibility and reducing or re-allocating risk.
