Podcast: How can landlords manage tenants who are struggling financially due to the pandemic

This podcast is ideal for those within the commercial property industry and typically commercial landlords with business and retail tenants who have been forced to shut because of lockdown, who’s revenues have stopped or reduced significantly. Most landlords have struggled to collect rent from their tenants and are aware of the financial stress they are under. Up until now the government has protected tenants with an evictions ban but this ended on 31 March.
