Angela Arnold celebrates International Women’s Day 2021
Over the course of next week, Rix & Kay will be celebrating International Women’s Day, where some of its women will be sharing who inspires them and what International Women’s Day means to them. Today Angela Arnold shares her experiences.
Angela Arnold heads up Rix & Kay’s Residential Property team and is based in the firm’s Brighton & Hove office. Angela has more than 10 years’ experience of managing residential property transactions and joined Rix & Kay as a locum Solicitor in 2015. Not only is Angela a mentor for female leaders as part of University of Brighton leadership & management development programme but she is a also a school governor and has been working with Sussex County and Sussex Cricket Foundation on their Urban Cricket Project which aims to provide inclusion for all individuals from all backgrounds.
What inspires me in my role?
“That I am encouraged to give my best efforts and become a leader that can inspire others. I’ve benefited from my work and voluntary-work experiences and training that is bespoke to my strengths and I have the freedom to embark on my community giving passions while utilising my leadership skills in that arena.
