Simple to use video calls if you need to meet with us

It is fair to say that at the moment we are living in unprecedented times.

In recent weeks, our Private Client team has noticed a significant increase in the number of clients making enquiries about their Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Our team and all of our staff at Rix & Kay have implemented plans that ensure the wider effects of COVID-19 do not impact on our ability to provide our services to clients.

Our team can work with you to ensure that any updates to existing Wills or the preparation of new Wills/Lasting Powers of Attorney is done in a way in which you feel comfortable given the current situation. To do this, we are able to meet with clients ‘virtually’ using our easy to use video-calling facility. Our state-of-the-art facility works by simply sending an email containing a link which can be used with any device with a camera such as a smart-phone, tablet or laptop, meaning you can talk to us face-to-face, from the comfort of your own home.

If you would like to have an informal chat about your current circumstances and how we might be able to help, or if you would like to update your Will or prepare a new Will and/or Lasting Powers of Attorney, then please get in touch. You can email me directly at bruceclarke@rixandkay.co.uk or contact your usual Rix & Kay lawyer who would be happy to help.
