Employment Increases
From the 1 April 2018 the new National Minimum Wage/Living Wage will commence:
The accommodation offset will be £7.00 per day.
From the 6 April 2018 new Tribunal Awards come into force. These are:
- Maximum week’s pay (for redundancy payments and unfair dismissal): From £489 to £508.
- Maximum compensatory award (for unfair dismissal): From £80,541 to £83,682.
