Stephen Smith - Partner

Stephen has been practising since 1994, and joined Rix & Kay in January 2003.

He specialises in Family Law, matrimonial finance particularly farming, negligence and is a trained Collaborative Lawyer.

Stephen is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a member of the Law Society Family Panel and of Resolution. He is a Trustee of FASCOH charity and a Governor of All Saints & St Richards School.
