Our dedicated Later Life Team not only provides the full range of legal services to individuals who are vulnerable, either due to age or ill-health, but also a complimentary care planning and concierge service that draws on a trusted network of other professionals that ensures any transition into a care setting is as smooth and as stress free as possible. Together, these services provide a truly holistic approach to individuals and their families who are considering or are already in a care environment.
The Team’s dedicated services include:

- Managing loved ones financial affairs
- Choosing the right care provider
- Care home fees and funding
- Care planning and concierge services
The Team can also draw on its dedicated Wills, Estate Planning and Trusts Team for everyday needs.
The Later Life Team are instrumental in leading the firm’s thought leadership initiatives in the Care home sector and have a detailed understanding of the complex issues surrounding care homes including care home funding, the care quality commission and the stringent assessment policies it sets to determine the quality of care provision in the UK.
