The Gatekeeper package is a bespoke employment law service. It provides a number of options, ranging from an employment health-check and telephone advice line, to a package which provides insurance for any tribunal claims.
Cost depends on a number of factors, including the size of the business, cover required and previous claims history.
Health Check
As part of the Gatekeeper service, Rix & Kay will visit the client business and carry out a full review of employment contracts, other employment documents and policies. This ensures that the businesss is not only legally compliant but meets best practice.
Added Services
As well as the health check, employment documentation is updated, as necessary, when new legislation comes in. Gatekeeper clients also receive quarterly email updates and free access to our regular employment law seminars.
Rix & Kay also offer two free half-day seminars, held at client offices on subjects of their choice, eg. equal opportunities.
Agreed Charges
Each package is tailored to the individual client’s needs. In the first instance, Rix & Kay provides a free, no obligation quotation, valid for 30 days.
Subscribers are asked to sign a monthly standing order in respect of the pre-arranged fixed annual fee. There are no additional charges for this service.
