James Lench - Partner

Following his law degree at University of Wales, Swansea and Legal Practice Course in London, James began his career in the commercial property department of a London law firm. He has been with Rix & Kay since 1999, becoming a partner in 2002.  James is now part of Rix & Kay's Commercial Property Unit where he specialises in the sale and purchase of commercial property. Together with Francis Wallace he is actively involved in our membership of the European Law group, Eurojuris International, specialising in property transactions in France and Spain.
