Free Emp Law Breakfast Seminars - March, April & May - Mar 2008
Rix & Kay's Employment Team are holding a series of breakfast seminars at our Uckfield offices and will be from 7am (for 7:30am) with a guaranteed departure of 9am.

13th March - Joiners and leavers
This seminar will deal with the issues surrounding recruitment and termination of employment, either by the employee or by the employer and how to prevent an Employment Tribunal claim arising.

17th April - Redundancy - The Hard Facts
When the economy slows down, unfortunately a number of employers have to consider re-organisation and redundancies. This seminar will deal with the processes that should be followed regarding employees.

15th May - Employment Issues on Insolvency
This seminar will deal with what happens with employees when an employer becomes insolvent and the pitfalls that you should be aware of it you are purchasing an insolvent company.
